| It still fascinates me to paint patterns and see how much I can let the brush do all the work. This vase has such detailed patterns and designs and yet the bulky brushstrokes provide so much information. I think it works due to the color accuracy. I've been thinking a lot lately about how nailing the color can allow so much room to play with the drawing. |
