Seeing different objects or things in the shapes of clouds is a beautiful pastime especially laying on a field of grass or a beach.  As I said in a previous post, cloud painting lends itself to abstraction but cloud viewing also lends itself to the mentality of viewing abstract paintings. One way that people react to abstract paintings is to look for something familiar.  The beautiful charm of a cloud painting is that you get the best of both worlds; the left-brainers get a painting of something and the right-brainers get something that can be anything they wish it to be.  I've had a lot of fun interpreting the cloud form in the upper left of this painting.
